• Payment deadline: Within 24 hours after the winning bidder is notified

• Pickup deadline:  All purchases must be picked up by July 9, 2026, at 6:00pm Central Time, unless other arrangements are approved in writing before bidding.

• Buyer’s premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to every winning bid

• Condition: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, or exchanges

• Bid submission: Submit a separate form for each lot on which you wish to bid

• Highest valid bid automatically wins.

• Winning bidder: The highest valid bid will be determined after bidding closes

• Tie bids: If identical bids are received, the earliest properly submitted bid will receive priority

• Payment and pickup: Failure to pay or pick up the item by the stated deadline may result in loss of the purchase and exclusion from future auctions

• By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to all auction terms and that your bid is binding if accepted.
